With decades of experience in biotech manufacturing, cross-functional operations, and clinical operations support, I founded BioVersed in 2018 to offer affordable consulting services to organizations in need. This diversity in exposure to many functional work areas and applications has allowed me a unique lens to 'see the forest for the trees' – with the ability to tackle the nuance of problems without losing sight of the whole collaborative ecosystem. Though I’ve worked at and with large global organizations and can surely add value in their settings, I have a particular affinity for the start-up environments and smaller organizations where the need for deep perspective is often greatest.  I primarily focus on process optimization, instilling big-Q quality into the core of organizational culture, and aligning leadership’s tone and action with the traits and behaviors that bond colleagues into collaborative and resilient teams.
